Commonly asked questions:

  • How long is the plan review turnaround time? This answer somewhat depends on the quality of plans that are submitted along with when they are submitted. All plans are reviewed in the order they are received. Our goal is to provide the initial review within a two-week period.

  • Do we provide expedited plan review? Yes. IF THIS IS A STATE FIRE MARSHAL PROJECT, THEN EXPEDITED REVIEWS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The expedited review is a 100% increase in the base plan review.

  • Who needs to be onsite for the hydrostatic test? All new sprinkler systems must be hydro at 200 psi for 2 hours without any loss of pressure. This must be witnessed by the installing contractor and the job superintendent or owner.

This application must be filled out and submitted with plans. All plans must be emailed in pdf for review. The invoice will be sent out for each project once all items have been submitted.
